When the Wave comes
you’re in for a world of it.
When the Wave comes
we’re all gonna go.

The Wave is heading here
maybe not today
maybe not tomorrow
but someday soon
and for the rest our lives.
Like lightning
it will come
and like nature
it will destroy.

The Wave may prove to be like
a brush fire
but in reverse
in that it will kill all
around it
– but not in no hot way.
The fire next time
will be water.

Look for it.
Ask for it by name.
It’s heading our way
eventually.

you can never break the Wave.
