You can only keep stealing ideas
from better artists for so long
but I figure it’s two,
maybe three lifetimes
and I hardly expect to live out this one
so I think it’ll work out.

Maybe admissions like this
will find me out
but haven’t better artists
already admitted to being thieves
and gotten away with it?
